ABOUT US
Coffee Crafters Who Care
Harvest Moon Coffee Roasters is a family-owned and operated small-batch craft coffee roastery. Our mission is to provide high-quality, locally roasted coffee beans directly to our community using sustainable sourcing, production, and delivery methods. We source our beans from regions known for their high-quality coffee beans. We roast using a clean, non-traditional roasting process, with minimal carbon emissions and no harmful charring. At Harvest Moon Coffee Roasters, our family and our community are at the root of everything we do, and we strive to bring our Nashville community together one cup at a time.

Clean & Sustainable Roasting
Harvest Moon Coffee Roasters is at the forefront of clean specialty coffee roasting. Our roastmaster has over 30 years of experience in the food science and food safety industry. Developing a specialized version of hot air roasting and fine-tuned the roasting process to optimize bean consistency, flavor and healthfulness. As our beans swirl and tumble in high-velocity hot air, unwanted by-products (smaller beans and chaff) are expelled, leaving only our perfectly crafted clean beans, without that charred bitter taste. In addition, this roasting process reduces bean surface burning, which minimizes the harmful release of carcinogens. Finally, we use environmentally friendly electricity, not gas, to power our roasting process. As a result, our beans are better for you, better tasting, and better for the planet.
